It is possible. If you travel any big city like Amsterdam it is possible that you will find a chain of restaurants everywhere as tourists usually travel a lot at this places and they use to eat food in this restaurants only so it is a source of income for the local residents of the city and that is why there are many restaurants in the city. It all depends upon how many tourists travel in any particular city or place.
