I wish I would have taken the brilliant advice about bitcoins and how "the process of mining bitcoin does involve running software..., ect." and how 'great of investment' they are, and just invested the farm on buying everyone that I could get my hands on. I think they are going to bounce back quickly after Silk Road's fall based on it being a solid electronic currency. Certainly the NSA has probably already deleted the names of anyone who was selling/buying on there as well; just to protect the citizen's First Amendment rights of course! After all, the government is a non-intrusive entity just there to protect you.

A consortium of investors, including matty223 and myself, have taken over the lease on the former H1 rental apartment. Renovations are underway to make it more stoner friendly, including house bongs and vaporizers, a continuous grow tent (for amusement only), and a zip line over Lijnbaansgracht and across Marnixstraat to the building opposite, where another apartment has been secured as a landing pad. Sign the liability waiver, and you can zip unabated.
We've also secured some dock space in front of the building, and will be operating a stoner boat tour, weather permitting. There will also be a tie-dye painted canal bike for renter use.
There will be a margarita machine and a stripper pole installed soon, along with a modest Jacuzzi on the terrace.
Although you may not need it with the terrace-based outdoor grill, Amsterdam's best food delivery will all be on speed dial, as will Eerste Hulp from down the straat, available for select very special deliveries by mini-drone, weather permitting.
Rents will be low, around €60 per person, per night.
No deposit needed, because stoners are always dependable, right?
No cleaning fees, because stoners are never filthy, right?
