December 21st - 28th

Going to be in Amsterdarm from the 21st -28th and was just wondering what coffee shop has the best bud. I have been to Amsterdam before, but I intend to explore the city abit more the time. Can I also get travel pass for the trams outside Schirpol airport. I will need a seven day pass.
Can not wait to be there!
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
