I was there in October 2010 and stayed at the Argonaut in the fisherman's wharf. Just walking down the street I saw kids walking and rolling a blunt with 3 cops trailing about 30 feet behind them and saw what they were doing, but could care less. I saw some other kids panhandling with a sign that said "need money for weed". As I walked past, one of them pulled a medicine bottle outta his shirt pocket popped off the top and took a big whiff of the "meds" inside. If I was looking to score I woulda asked one of those kids.
