On my last trip I discovered this unique if somewhat odd dish called Kapsalon, basically it is made up of fries, salad, donner meat and cheese all in one takeaway box that is put into an oven to make the cheese melt, served with chilli and garlic sauce.

Does anyone know where I can find the best example of the Kapsalon in Amsterdam?

Cisco in November will take a ride out to kasmir lounge, great donner shop on the kinkerstraat and Jan Pieter Heijestraat, imo the best Doner around,

I got mine at the kebab place near High Times in Haarlem but I think most kebab places sell them
