Wierd froglike buzzing noise on these forums.

Anyone else get this noise? I have to mute my computers sound everytime I use this forum as the sound is random and disturbing.

It is NOT people chatting. Can anyone tell me how to disable it? I have tried disabling the autoupdater but that does not seem to work. Everytime I browse to a new topic/page it just starts up again.
