I come from a neighbour country and I would like to know a bit more about the situation on the south of Holland...now that WP has been scrapped is it possible to go and buy in a CS for people not having a Dutch residence permit?
Anyone with recent, first-hand experience in Eindhoven/Maastricht/Tilburg/Breda?
