Most of the rooms at Hotel Milano have balconies. So smoking near the open door shouldn't be a problem.

i am not 100% sure of dates yet but will let ya know nearer the time so you can post me in the whos in town page... been to dam so many times within the last few years and only been to rotterdam once so thought it would make a nice change!
