I plan to go by myself late May time and need a place to stay. Looking for something reasonable, smoking and in the centrum. Any recommendations? Breakfast is not needed but would love a room 20-45 eur or pounds a night.

For that price in the centrum I see a hostel in your future. You might get a room on a boat otherwise it is a dorm room.

Great places to meet others and party and good places to be able to smoke 24/7 in safety and comfort. It is a no brainer really.

the cheapest i found was hotel abba,250 for 5 nights has anyone on here stayed there before?
would anyone know of any other hotels for around 250,im looking for the most basic place for money to spend on weed

They have the smallest single rooms I've ever seen. I had a pretty cool one with a view and opening window to the lively street below. The free breakfast is worth every penny!
