What do you think the TSA's job is? Busting stoners with weed? It's not. They are trying to protect us from terrorism really and nothing more. I know someone who left DIA recently with live plants, OZ's of flowers, hash, oil, vaporizer pens(over 20) and joints all rolled up and ready to smoke at Schiphol. The TSA set the joints and vapor pen a side and asked about the rocks in the bag. Colorado rocks are collectible if you didn't know. So, I wouldn't worry to much about the TSA. It is legal in Colorado and they know it. Worse case is they might keep it for themselves, so pack it well. Fuck the police.

Did something I thought I'd never do today, I bought weed through Craigslist. Actually one of the smoothest transactions I've ever had, besides the fact I had to pick him up and drive him down to the dispensary. Super cool guy in his mid twenties, real laid back and chill let me pick out any strain I wanted from any dispensary. Highly recommend dealing with this guy if you plan on coming to Denver within the next year. Got an OZ of 3D(Apollo-13 x Jack the Ripper) for $180 from Frosted Leaf a few blocks south of Mile High Stadium on Federal. I'll post a pic in the what u smoking now thread later, here's the ad.

Thank you for providing the masses with an example why some dispensaries are shut down. My opinion, for what it's worth, rightly and justifiably so.
This is bad for "legitimate" patients; disp. have been shut down because of stupid shit like this. Read for yourselves, it's there for public consumption, Freedom of Information.
Yup, another fine example of stoners being their own worst enemy, all for the mighty DOLLAR DOLLAR BILL YA'LL.

What's that list of weed at the bottom of your signature? Just your faves or are you growing those illegally in the state you live in? Do you toke there illegally? Did you know it's actually illegal to possess weed in Amsterdam? It is only tolerated there. Here in Colorado it is legal to possess up to an OZ. Currently there is no legal means for non medical card holding adults to purchase said ounce. What is your suggested better option? I bet SD has his red card in no time. It is only an affirmative defense in case of arrest anyway. The good news, no one gets arrested or bothered here anymore because it's legal and LEO has better things to do. The MMJ enforcement department has no staff and no time. It is a common and quietly accepted way of doing business here. I know of some places that only sale 2 OZs at a time. Mostly to the same guys everyday. It's just the way it is until things get better. Necessity is the mother of invention.

I know when we went through Detroit 2 years ago...before it was legalized in CO and WA...the TSA agents said to us, as they were going through every last item in our suitcases, "Do you think we don't know it was Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam?" Please note that medical marijuana is, and was 2 years ago, legal in Michigan...

I'm thinking the TSA agents in Denver just MAY know it's Cannabis Cup there...and maybe...just MAYBE...some people will want to take some home...

Let's not forget that the airports are FEDERAL...the law says it is legal in the STATE...even here in California, if you have weed in a NATIONAL park and a ranger busts you...even if you have a medical card...that ranger is a FEDERAL agent, and you, my friend, are going to jail...

I do plenty of reading sir. In fact I have a thread regarding a story of a dispensery being shutdown, and then reopened anyway. Now I don't claim to follow every story regarding this but then again who does? As far how many have opened... Maybe the market is saturated? I would think after a decade demand has been met or close to iut. Neither I nor you could say with certainty if it has, but not everyone's drug/medicine of choice is cannabis.

So some dispenceries get shutdown for selling to "patient dealers" while others do not? Hmmm I wonder what the difference is? One guy has a way to determine real patients, while the other guy is ignarant to who is a "prescription dealer"? C'mon UR get real. These people are testing the limits. Some get caught, and some don't. They could very easily turn away the "patient" who comes in daily for ounces or however they do it.

Given my language (English) and tone..... Tone is not able to be communicated via ASCII... I support a persons right to self medicate without gov'ment approving or not if its legitimate. Given your tone it seems you support following unjust laws, and letting big brother decide who can do what. I also support the right for shop owners (of any kind) to decide who the serve and do business with. If they break gov'ment rules and get caught, oh well...
