No expert on US laws. If, say, the TSA at Seattle found your stash and you had flown direct from Denver and they turned you over to the state police then they cant arrest you for possession? However, I did read that all US airlines are under Federal law. Would you then be liable for prosecution for smuggling out of one states jurisdiction into a Federal jurisdiction and then into another state?

Sounds like a big can of worms to be sorted.,

All valid points regarding the TSA.
In just about every instance, the TSA will surrender a person of interest (POI) to the State or Local Authorities for further processing.
If the POI has in their possession a MMJ card, and is not above the limit allowed by the State, they will (in most cases) release the person.
How might they do this one may ask? Reciprocity between MMJ States, however not all States have this agreement.

After much thought I agree with the above posts. In fact I believe the TSA will now focus on petty cannabis users after reading these posts and may even have a large group of federal officers waiting to escort each and every one to federal prison. So, come by car, donkey, or bicycle, obey the traffic laws, and you might get out of Colorado without to much trouble. But do avoid the airport as it is a trap for stoned tourist's.

Just made my first visit to a dispensary today actually. The place I went to was closer to a spa than a dispensary, prices were very reasonable though. I got a fatty 20% discount for being a first time patient plus another 5% off as an early bird special, so I ended up walking out with a quarter of four strains and two grams of wax for under $220.
