Here are the 12 eventful coffeeshops: from 2012

Coffeeshop Birdy : Mirror Joint Rolling.
You have to roll a joint through a hole in a board, looking to what you
are rolling up via a mirror. Birdy supplies the materials, including the
weed. Fastest roller wins the CPP.

Coffeeshop Take Away : Weedplant 'growing'.
Get the plant to its full size, fast!

Coffeeshop Join Us : Making a Dope Deal.
Every participant wil have to weigh of 3 grams of bud, meaning: 3.00 grams, against the clock.

Coffeeshop WW Indica: Bubble-a-Long.
Make the bong bubble as long as you can, and win the CPP and the WMT.
This event is dedicated to Winston Matthews, aka: Sir Bong-a-Lot, currently locked up for growing the best medicine he could produce. The Winston Matthews Trophee will be engraved with the name of this years winner, and those of Cannalympics to come.

Coffeeshop WW Sinsemilla: Vapor Bag inhaling.
Empty the Vapor Bag as fast as possible, but only by inhaling, no hands on the bag!!

Coffeeshop Easy Going : Coffeeshop Memory game.
Unveil the pairs of pictures of the fronts of the 16 coffeeshops of Haarlem.

Coffeeshop Maximillian : Packing seeds.
Fill ten tubes with ten seeds, as accurate and fast as you can!

Coffeeshop Empire : Estimate the weight.
Guess how much the bud of weed and the chunk of hash in the display weigh together, with two digits after the dot, like: 12.87 grams. The one that comes closest to the real weight, wins the CPP.

Coffeeshop High Times : Grinder Stacking.
The one that makes the highest stack of grinders standing, wins the CPP.

Coffeeshop Key West : Joint Puzzle.
Make up the joint as fast as you can to win the CPP.

Coffeeshop The Lounge : Shisha Ritual.
Get the the Shisha glowing, the one that blows out smoke fastest, wins the CPP.

Coffeeshop WW Sativa : Bong Builder.
Build up a bong as fast as you can, add water and puff.
The one exhaling smoke from the bong the fastest, wins the CPP.

to bad ACD isnt repesented, we have the fastest roller (gomit he did it 2 times 221 seconds with out a filter( i might be off) and then he did it with a filter in 14 seconds, i was there seen it happen.

That'll be good if it can happen. I wont say I'll take part I'm too much of a Lightweight and I'll have my daughter with me, but we'll come and look after the coats.

Looks like I have some thinking to do....
Ok, here's the deal, all of these events were part of last years cannalympics.
I did ok last year, got totally baked, and had a great time.
Joint rolling - I don't roll, and if they had a prize for the worst rolling performance, I would be in the contention for first prize.
Weed plant growing - It's not what you might think; you have to assemble the plant made of plastic pieces, especially fun when stoned.
Making a dope deal - I don't remember that one, huh... I must have been really stoned.
Bubble-a-Long - I sucked for 22 seconds before nearly passing out; Dude in a wheelchair sucked for 31 seconds... Winning time was like 60 sec...
Packing Seeds - Blank, one of the events when I was baked. See making a dope deal...
Estimate the weight - as it says... I don't remember my guess, but I think within 20%...
Grinder Stacking - Although I was ripped at this point, I remember the stack didn't exceed 20...
Joint Puzzle - I looked at the joint in pieces and began laughing (the giggles hit me). Not my proudest cannalympic moment.
Shisha Ritual - This one I thought I did well, especially for my first time loading up from beginning to end.
Bong Builder - Again, began laughing when I looked at the bong lying in pieces...

I've already collected 3 returnable bottles... I'm on my way.

I was somewhat critical of last year's "protest" or smoke-in/out/or whatever it was called, thinking it could/should have had more credibility.
This year, in lieu of the cannalympics, the organizers decided to have a party and charge a 25 EUR cover.
There are many places in Amsterdam to smoke, eat, drink, listen to music, and socialize without having to pay a cover. "FAIL"
Then the organizers decide to bring back the cannalympics, but make it part of the 25 EUR cover instead of a C/S crawl like last year. "INSULT"
...and here's the "INJURY" - limiting the number of participants by way of nations.
I'm done with the lot...
I've said it so many times, and it comes in various forms - stoners are their own worst enemy.

So then, who's for some cowbell?
