HELP ! 4 person smoking room/apartment

Post by JJSouthLDN »

Hi Guys, I had booked the greenhouse effects fluo room for three, but now another friend would like to come along... I need a place where we can smoke weed in the room which is why i was so happy to get the greenhouse effect room. I have tried to look for apartment but all the ones i have seen say minimum 3 night stay and we are staying for 2 nights.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. We want to stay in the same room (preferably) and need to be able to smoke weed in the room and have a private bathroom aswell as be central (quite particular i know) and a MAXIMUM £400 to spend for the hotel
dates are 3rd March - 5th March
Thanks for your help

Wow there are some cheap options out there. Lots of 3 stars with cool quad rooms. I liked the look of the one at The Avenue hotel. Split level. I hear from a recent trip report it is smoker friendly as long as you open a window. Make a discreet inquiry.
How much did you produce?

bit off topic, but i haven't really explored amsterdam, i guess i walked past that aarea, i think (on my way to barneys). ignorantly, i didnt realise there was much more to dam than the damrak square and rld tbh and there is a nice apartment on leidsplein i ruled out...

That was one of the apt i was looking at... The price is fantastic, as is the location.

Damrak and the RLD are fine if you want to stay in the centre, but remember that you're missing out about 90% of what Amsterdam has to offer. The Leidsplein itself has a far more relaxed atmosphere than the Centrum... You're also right next to the museum quarter and Vondelpark... The walk from Leidsplein to the Centrum is constantly engaging and has some great shops, bars, attractions and Coffeeshops... You'll also get to know the city more intimately.

My first few stays i did stay in the centre... I like being in the thick of it... But after a while i started to appreciate the more relaxed side of the city... IMHO, there's nothing better than opening your curtains in the morning and lighting a fatty, looking out onto a calm canal scene with the sounds of the birds, churches and maybe one or two trams in the distance.

Ok, i'm ready to go back now! :D
