I would. Why not, it's only a meal...that you survived...which was probably very tasty. I find that a little better than eating dog or cat, which some cultures do.

Sixty-three years is a long time to keep a secret, especially if the place has a liquor license.
Someone, at some point, had to leave the place disgruntled, no? What, did the owner have these ex-employees killed to keep the secret? Kidding.

Had horse meat burgers in the old Yugoslavia. They taste ok till someone tells you what you are eating then the placibo effect materializes...
