If you're looking for online sources they exist, though that kind of thing can't be mentioned out in the open without drawing unwanted attention. Just do your research and you'll find one soon enough.

I just managed to get access to Silk Road earlier today. It took quite a lot of ballsing about installing tor and finding the actual IP address but I managed it in the end.
I've only had a little scout around but it looks very promising, and there is a certain thrill from such a black market. I'm sure the place is monitored, but given that you can buy hard drugs, weaponry and anything else that is illegal, I'm pretty sure that people buying a little bit of weed are not anyone's priority. All security services have a finite amount of resources and I'm positive that they concentrate on more important things, although that's not to say that proper precautions shouldn't be taken.
I joined because I can now only get from one person, and its such a rip off that I would be embrrased to say how little value there is min buying from him. I'm of an age that I can't be looking around for a new contact like when i was in my twenties, so if, and it is an if at this stage, I can buy safety,and securely then i will do so.
