You are not only a nasty little person, but your posts are inaccurate.

The closing has indeed been postponed to October, not April, as you so inaccurately reported. So folks with reservations between April and October, don't sweat it.

The place is, indeed, a special one, and one of Amsterdam's best late night hangouts.

This business of "numerous claims by employees of fraud, deception, and unethical practices" is also a one-sided, stupid claim. I know many of the current and former employees, and I think I know who is the loudest complainer: I happen to like this former employee, and if this person is indeed a victim of these unethical"practices,"I find it interesting that she continues her relationship with Mila, and has even done some work for her! So much for fraud and deception.

I've been hanging out at this place during numerous and sometimes lengthy stays in Amsterdam over the last 8 years or so. I've grown quite fond of the family that runs the place and I've seen them help out many a traveler and local over the years. I'm very sad it is closing. The reason: The landlord does not want to renew the lease. Probably because he/she can get more rent money for it. It's also a quiet, residential area, and many neighbors have complained about the very occasional noise, etc. coming from some of the less courteous patrons.

You clearly have some kind of ax to grind with the owners of this place, which is fine, but you should be honest about that when you spread false rumors and post half-truths on this forum.
If you don't like the place or it's management, stay away. tell your friends to stay away. But don't bother people on this site with nonsense.
thanks you so much mate!
regarding the fraud and decpetion you are absolutely right, I talked to banta at the hemp
he told the same thing to me with the renewing the license and stuff...

Nice introduction post. Welcome to ACD. You will need to learn to comprehend English before making to many more though.
Glad HH has an advocate. I said it was closing, it is. I said it may not get another extension. May not means may not, not will not. I said the owner is not paying some employee's withholdings and benefits. She isn't. The place does not deserve to be supported by caring stoners. I have no personal grudge and I am also sorry to see it go. The neighborhood has nothing to do with lease renewal. You need better sources or need to make better guess's. I feel bad for all those people losing their jobs. You obviously feel a need to protect something you don't understand and attack me to feel better about it.
