Mega-Map Project

For years and years I've wanted to build a map or set of maps of the whole of Amsterdam.
The Streetview project I did a few years ago located most of the shops so I have the data.
It's not realistic to draw a mega-map in the way that I did the original
but I've now got a vast background image that appears to be public domain.
It'll take a while but, hopefully, the first completely new ACD map for over a decade is on its way.

Please say that it will be printable! The current map in printed form is a great resource both for planning purposes and on the ground in Amsterdam!

Probably several printable sheets. Might reduce scale on outer suburbs.
Glad you like the present map. I'll only replace it if I have something else that does all of the same things.
We'll see how it develops...

How much would it cost to make a ACD App? like the old Smokeout app thats out of date

I can ask to a friend of mine, he's a programmer.

Since i'm not Mr. Berlusconi, and I dont want to have conflict of interest, i'll ask him if he's gonna work for free (we are both smokers and we both love 'dam, so it would be a kind of a present).

I'm gonna hear from him.

Apps can range from a few hundred to several thousands depending on what content you want to have. I offered to build an app a year or two ago but...

I don't know much about apps and Apple devices. What would an app do? I find that the whole site, including the map, works nicely on my Nexus 7 Android tablet.
