Kleaphead hashish???? From dampkring

Hey everyone going to Dam soon. I was looking at dampkring menu and they have something on it called kleaphead hashish(orgin Christiania) for 50 euros for 1/2 g. I would like to know what it is and how it is and compared to the waterworks hashish.

never tried it... but it looks like wax or something like this... so maybe it´s an extract
made from oil...

A local guy told me that the taste is like cheese ( the weed strain ) and it´s
very strong but I don´t belive that it is worth 100€/g!

And maybe he don´t mean the Kleaphead hash... they have an extract called cheese
dab (80€/g or so) on the menu, too. Maybe that was what he was talking about...

I am very happy with Dampkrings Rifman Sensebille (or so) hash for 15€/g! It makes me so
high... so I would start with a cheaper one maybe that´s strong enough for you

(But I'm currently being spoiled by the downward pressure actual legalization has on prices. Wish they'd stop harassing the producers in the NL.)

I've been warning peeps for several years about the fleecing...
My prediction of a 20 EUR per gram weed is now 9 months past due seeing that I thought by summers end 2012 we would see it.
Maybe this year will see the first, maybe from one of the shops that's being forced to close - a last ditch effort at making some mad cash on the way out...
What would be the first over 20 per gram? An uber hyped purple gooey whatever from Cali, extremely limited, etc... blah, blah, hype, only 20 EUR per gram while supplies last. Now comes the slick business practice of seeding the masses - have a few peeps make some noise in various forums.
The prices may be going down in Cali or elsewhere, but not here...

Dam Ron u pissed all over my hopes, I was thinking prices might come down a bit now the U.S have someplace closer and cheaper than the damage. I predict a lot less of the high spending yanks means more of a struggle for the shops, time will tell but if I was in the U.S I would not waste a grand getting to Amster. I could be wrong but I doubt it.

Harsh words but the truth. If you could see how easy it is to make concentrates (given the material) it would boggle the mind that they are so expensive.

However this may only be a limited view.......

There may well now be an entirely new level of concentrate methods (of which I am currently unaware) that can use the entire harvest. Such a harvest. Depending on strain. Has a cash worth to a pro grower. If the concentrate method burns enough top quality bud per gram then there is a cost involved beyond the raw materials and time. There is an opportunity cost. ie - the entire harvest has been burned on concentrates.
I always assumed the CS processed the weed they did not sell after a certain length of time into concentrates then sold those concentrates.
It could be as simple as this.. The BT's/CS staff/owners are sometimes quite hardcore with their own smoking habits. Maybe they don't care if people don't buy as they like to smoke it themselves?

USBL mentioned a figure one time someplace for how much and what quality bud it took to make a certain quantity of spoon. Seemed like it burned a lot of material for a small but of concentrate. Still seems way over priced tho. Looks like they are aiming at the 'gotta have it and willing to pay for it crowd.' Kind of a dark view but maybe the truth in some cases..

I don't like the pricing of the coffeeshops these days but maybe one day someone will open a quality CS with nothing ever over 10eu a gram. What a great business model. Pity greed gets in the way. I don't necessarily mean greed of the CS owners either. The world is a greedy place and people act accordingly. Pretty much everything is expensive in Amsterdam anyway. Why should weed be any different?

Who really knows? Early times yet, but you might have something there with many of my fellow colonists spending their $$$ in Washington or Colorado.
If so, and the impact is felt, maybe the prices will come down, but I highly doubt it.
Something that I've noted (I used to keep a weed purchase journal) in my nearly 9 years frequenting coffee shops is that they don't lower their prices, specials notwithstanding. Shops may lower a strains value, ie... Amnesia used to be 12-13 in many places, now it can be found for 9-10. Amnesia, White Widow, and similar strains that shared the spotlight and have been relegated to second tier status, were replaced with variations of Kush. Side thought - which type/strain will be the next greatest thing after The Kush has been relegated to Old Whore status, ie... White Widow?

Most shops that I've been to over the past year or so have seemed to max their top bud at 14-15/gm, with the lower end around 8-9.
Damn, where have the years gone? I remember paying 6.00 for White Widow, 7.50 for Amnesia, and everyone's favorite outdoor Jamaican for 4.50...
