Cheap, Easter and Amsterdam don't mix. You will have really slim pickings now. Have you checked Hostel World or Booking.com? Maybe try emailing Hotel Voyagers and see if they have a quad and triple available. hotelvoyagersamsterdam@gmail.com

I'm not sure about prices because it's years since I stayed there but Bob's Youth Hostel used to be pretty cheap.
