Lost sixty lbs? How on earth will I ever recognize you now?
Re: Yeah for me!
OUCH!!! I couldn't do it mon. Well, fast food is garbage, haven't ate that smack in years. I always tell people I didn't get fat eating bad food I at least enjoyed the journeyTwoCanucks wrote:Thanks!toker31 wrote:Nice work mon!

"Pop or Soda" have no place in my life anymore either. That was a tough one to curb, but honestly man I am like Nimrod I could not live without all those other delicious temptaions. I am useless without me bean brew

You know TC, I would have never guessed that you were a big guy, based on all the harum-scarum running around Mokum you do when you're there.
Congrats on finding a happier place.

I also have been doing the kinda the same thing although only down 47lbs so far. Some of my buddies are amazed that I like to smoke just before a work out but it helps me concentrate and really get into it. Do you do this also?
Good Luck to you, may you reach all your goals.

I didn't at first, but after some trial and error I find it is good on cardio days when doing low intensity.BigDanHaze wrote:Was cool to see this and congratz!TwoCanucks wrote:Need to brag a little...down over 60 lbs since last years Cannabis Cup, and have changed my life.
