Ive just got back from the dam for 420.

I've been told that in the UK now they are dishing out £80 fines for cannabis. A mate of mine recieved one, and I know a couple more also; they all only had a joint on them.

One of my mates dresses quite chavy, but hes a great guy. Told me he was walking down a street and a cop car pulls over and they stop him. They said theres been alot of burgluarys etc. etc. and we are also stop searching you becasue you smell of cannabis. To which my mate replied 'how did you know I smelt of cannabis when you were driving in your car?' they didnt have an answer and searched him anyway, they didnt find anything. They pulled him purely on physical apperance, he said 'so do I need to buy vans and chinos so I dont get pulled walking down the street minding my own?!'

Its just bullshit, iv had a great week smoking legaly. Then I get back and hear about this shitty fine and random stop searches. I dont think this is for all the UK, just warwickshire as part of operation X. Operation X is a government program that involves a lot of people getting arrested for growing somthing natural that they love.

Cant wait to get out of this Conservative wank country.

Looks like it is an effort to improve their success ratio by targeting the easy nicks while just pushing real crime further underground or more likely into another area whose problem it will then become. Off their patch, not their worry.

It's an article of bullshit, I mean there's a few chavy parts but its not too bad. Tbh everyone I know does smoke weed as there's not a great lot else to do, but that is clearly a crime.

My mates brother got raided a couple of months back now. Got his door kicked in for a couple of plants, and the police found his air rifle. The papers headline was 'firearm found at latest drug raid'
It was a normal house with a few plants that's all.

I'm worried for my mate, he lives about 20 houses down and he's just starting a grow, about 9 plants on his bathroom windowsill soon to be taken to the green house outside. He won a load of Royal Seeds in a facebook competition
