Camping sites near Amsterdam/Haarlem

Hello everyone.
Some friends and I, are planning a trip to Amsterdam or Haarlem this summer.
The previous trips we've had we stayed in hotels, but next time we are going to try camping.
Do you have any experience with camping in Amsterdam ??

Camping Zeeburg, just a tram or night bus ride from Centraal.

my fav is zeeburg cabin (its bloody cheap, but in zeeburg (about 10-15 mins by tram) campsite to flavorpark(tramstop) is a 7 min walk when not wasted (if your into skateboarding there is a massive ramp here) in summer the big pool is open. you should love zeeburg, they seem to be always full of stoners and has a festival feel to it..

Bloemendaal aan zee got the best camp site and it by the sea other one by duine/ lake/ second away from sea!!! Best part 30minute from Amsterdam + train stops in Harlem to switch trains meaning u can run to get jelly and back on train fo Amsterdam wish I was there ...

Camping Amsterdam Bos is great I stayed there for 5 days. They have everything from tents to nice cabins.

I stayed at Zeeburg few years back. It was nice and kept the costs low. Only down side is the distance to the centrum.
Like stu said, its more like a festival.

Zeeburg is great and pretty cheap, Amsterdam bos is nice but too far away from centraal station(a 40mn ride I think)
