there are manyplaces like that , have a look here http://WWW.amsterdamstay.com, http://www.apartmentsunlimited, also there is flipkey, homeaway,, let google be your friend, i didnt mention specific places cuase everyone has a differnt budget

try windu and air b&b tick the balcony box in amenities (+ smoking allowed) theres a few roof terraces as well (but that means lots of really shitty tiny stairs (not good) in central dam need to check em all out and your find one good luck
