somebody knows if they'r windows in the rooms are openable?

the last time i was in hotel in Dam was in "Best Western Blue Tower Hotel"
the windows were locked without an option to open them for a little fresh air.almost made me claustrophobic.

Yes the windows open, stayed there when it was still the Terminus Hotel. And unless things have changed I remember the smoke detectors being extra sensitive. The couple in the room next to me were fined a 1000 euro and kicked out at 3:30 in the morning for smoking.
