Surprise 50th Birthday, need cheap but nice accommodatio guys

Post by motorheed »

:) hi folks , been a while since last on , hope you,s are all well & smokin nice herb or solids where your at!

just sitting thinking about what i want too do for my wife's birthday then eureka she mentions all the time how she would love a trip to the Dam , so just fired onto easy jet & fired in the dates coming over jan 27th, Monday , till following Monday covering my wife's 50th b,day. £127.96 return from Edinburgh ,pretty cheap
now we`re having a party on the Saturday just before we leave as wife's b,days on Wednesday, so best have party sat then all can come , then i give her my gift 2 return flights to Amsterdam plus hopefully a nice but has too be quite cheap ,not gotta lot of spare cash flowing but enough already looking at some hotels & such.
now i know the good folk on here will help this middle aged codger too find something a little romantic but at reasonable costs as telling you folks moneys tight just now but not too tight i cant celebrate my lovely wife's b,day alone in not only smokers paradise but 1 of the most romantic city's in the world.... just perfect, couldn't think of anybody i,d rather be with than my lady on her birthday in Amsterdam.

so please folks help me make it a week to remember & guide me to those wee beauty's of pads found over many many years excursions but on the cheaper side , no sharing bathrooms please

nice chilling ,romantic ,loads of shoppin as my wife loves it , me stopping off for quick pit-stops replenishing my stocks , lots of fun week with a safe area & nice accomodation to get back too & if possible my friends could you make them pretty central ,even inside red light fine but would prefer somewhere on outskirts of red light????

looking forward to this already & only booked flights on a whim 2 hours ago ,lol , not been over since 2008 ,too long!!! & my wife will be over the moon , but as said bit of a shoestring budget ,hey not taking dorms here just a nice double room & en-suite, maybe wee kitchen would be ideal

many thanks people.
look forward to what you give me!!

religious views?-yeh can see 2 churches from my bedroom window!

You have been posted on the January and February 2014 Whos In Town pages.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.

If you don't see yourself, click your refresh or reload button
Your browser sometimes loads pages from your local cache and
you don't get the latest update.

Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.

Set yourself up with your own T&T or Toke and Talk, where you pick the coffeeshop (your favorite)
and the date and time, I will post it and you wait for folks to show up, if they do you'll have a
T&T. If they don't you still get to enjoy your favorite coffeeshop!

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/membe ... le&u=78365

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.

Any nice new menu pictures you can get will be much appreciated.
Always ask first, better told no than thrown out.

You'll be able to get 4 star hotel rooms in Amsterdam through Priceline bidding at the price ranges you specify. The major downside is you cannot pick the location.
How much did you produce?

http://www.greenhouse-effect.nl/ do some nice 2 person apartments. I mostly go with friends, but I've been twice with my partner and we stayed in the china town suite which she really liked, plus you get your own kitchen so you can save money by cooking for yourself. Plus its very central, just round the corner from Dam square. I will warn you though the apartment is about 400 metres from where you check in. I just booked the other day for July and the Greenhouse was fully booked so I went with this......http://www.flipkey.com/amsterdam-condo-rentals/p462610/ again in a nice location, just around the corner from Rembrandtplein with its many bars and restaurants. If you are interested dont go by the prices advertised, e-mail him and get a quote as it might be cheaper than advertised.

Hi. I treated my mrs to a trip to the dam for her 40th last October I booked apartment through Amsterdam stay id 502 which was perfect. Romantic and spacious great view from the window and a great price. Its located on van woustraat in the south of the city. Close to the Albert cuyup market. Club media etc. It really was worth the money and the mrs was well impressed.
