I was in Jamaica and in the Dominican Republic (the DomRep is the Paradise on Earth,the nicest place i ever been.As i was back in Germany i was realy depressed from all that Conrete and the big Cities.But back to smoking there.
I went there with my best Buddy Michael,i brought some Gramms of Ketama Hash from Germany and a iron Pipehead.With the Pipehead and local found stuff like tape and Bottles i quickly builded a Bong for us.After 2 Days we smoked with the male Hotel Personel and ,well had some other fun with the Females from Animation Team too
On 3th day the Guy which job it was to make sail tours witht the tourist brought us some local weed,and well it was exactly what i thought i would be.Very brownish Weed with dozens of Seeds in it.In Netherlands you would not buy such Weed volunteerly
We then took the Guy on our Room,and showed them the self build Bong.Lol he never ever saw one before.I let him smoke a Bong from our Hash and the guy was totaly stoned.They not used to high % THC there.
If you know Dutch Artifical Light Indoor Weed,you will be very disapointed from the Weed in the classical Countries.
A Place which is sure very intresting for smokers is the Ketama Valley and the Town Ketama in Moroco.They grow Weed for more than 800 Years there now.
Other Place would be in Nepals Capital City Kathmandu,there is a street called "Freak Street" ,there are "Taverns" where you can buy Hash,Opium and Prostitutes at same place
Other traditional Hash Place is Manali in India.They make one of the best Hashs in the World in my Mind,good glow,good taste,good high
But to be true,my no.1 Weed Holiday would be in a state of USA where weed is legal and the weather is nice California
Look how the Weedshops looks there!! Better then everything i saw in Netherlands i must realy admit.Huge Stores where you buy the Weed in big Jam Glasses,where they also sell all type of drinks and food and sweets containing thc,and cakes and cookies and all you can imagine
I could first go to the Weedshop and after that i could have some fun on the machine gun range That sounds very promising to me

Yeah if your a tourist come here, to Australia. The cops slap you guys on the wrists and send you on your way. If your unlucky a fine, which you don't pay (if your not coming back), or they might take your stash otherwise. Hardly a scary scenario. Just score some more. I'd say if you checked out South Australia, like Adelaide you would find more of the goodness. It is decriminalised there and you can have a plant or two and receive a $30 dollar fine.
Still it's nothing like Amsterdam.
