stayed at the manofa , earlier this year and you get what you pay for.. breakfast downstairs in markies is not worth the walk down the stairs,, rooms have beds in..wardrobes have no doors never mind coat hangers,, mice holes in skirting boards..the list is endless,,but on a brighter note if you what a place just to sleep, close to the centre and don't mind roughing it a bit then the manofa will do fine.....GOOD LUCK

Stayed at Manofa in February and it cost me and a friend about 30 euros between us for the night. The decor was a bit shit as mentioned before, but for price and location unbeatable.

Manofa is a cheap shit hole which is fine as long as you get it cheap. 30 euros between 2 people for a night is about what it is worth.

Many people who wrote poor reviews of the place paid a LOT more and thus had some expectations......

oh dear

After around 4 years of going on about Priceline NYOP bidding on ACD it is nice to see the message finally getting through.
You can pay 50 eu for a 1 star shit hole where you can smoke out of the window anytime you like or the same price for some 4 star pampering where you cannot.
YMMV

FYI this is the trip advisor section for priceline bidding in Amsterdam - quite useful on occasion.

This place is mental, stayed once and it was pretty bad. Mice got into my munch and they jump about you in the night too haha. Our shower didnt work and the toilet stank so we used the comunal toilet and used another guests shower after the reception cleared it with them :-/
4 nights cost me €120 2years ago.
Goodluck dude.
One convenient location... in Africa.
