Busted :-(

Post by ftcarer »

not me though
Eldest son & 2 of his friends , stopped yesterday , he had 0.6g in a little baggie , don't know what the others had .
Taken in & questioned , released 2hrs later , court in 10 days , for 0.6
Maybe a prob for him as due to some sort of legal fuck-up he's still waiting to see what the YOT(youth offending team) will have him do , been waiting almost 3 months for that now

Where on Earth do you still get taken to court for having 0.6g on you? Wow. That's fucked up.

In the UK???

Me and my mate got caught having a joint in the car the other day and got let off. No £80 fine, just had to throw it in the drain

*it landed on a spiderweb 5" down, so when they went we pulled the drain up and finished our smoke* :)

I doubt it was because he came across the wrong pig. They're all the same more or less. Once they put their wheelchair (car) in park and woddle their fat arses up to your car the video is recording. This is to help build guilt against you but can also be used to make sure the Sherrief of Naughtingham is collecting all the kings money......

The best thing he could have done would be to stash in the car, begin recording himself via smartphone, refuse search, refuse answering questions, clarify why he is being detained. Exit the car, and lock everything because you have the right to be secure in his personal effects. Never, ever cooperate. They are specifically trained to act compassionate, understanding, and on your side at the stop. It's a psychological method to get as much information from you as possible.

If they were smoking in the car, then it's much harder. Tell him never to smoke in car unless it is freeway. Around town just bad idea....

Sorry that YOU have to deal with your eldest offspring's goof, but that's the shit a parent deals with, sometimes.
However, shame on you for not teaching him better... hide the baggie in the sock.
Time to set him straight - no fucking about until he's on his own. Full stop. Well, ok, maybe a pint now and then, but that's it. Ok, ok, a smoke with Mah and Dah on holidays, but that's it. ;)

He and his mates were riding around the edge of a park on their bicycles.

They were stopped because " a group of youths had been seen trying to break into cars " 1 of the police that stopped them was enjoying her 1st full day out  so once the baggie was found (in his sock  ) the accompanying office got her to write everything up , a collar on her 1st day she must be so proud  all that training to deal with hardened criminals obviously paid off

When asked why he had it , I , wifey and his solicitor loved his reply of " I had new braces fitted Friday and another mate had told me weed might help with the pain " solicitor even wants his appointment letter to put in as evidence, also refused to say where he got it :D and said it was all his even though it was the last of a shared/brought bag :D

i'll post up what happens
