The best food in the RLD comes from outside the RLD...and the breakky at Stones is solid.

I always visit Da Giorgio which is an Italian restaurant located on Warmoestraat, fair prices and very nice food.

I posted on the italian restaurant thread but here's probably a good place too.

Da Portare Via, Lange Niezel 16

Really nice pizzeria made the proper Italian way and cooked in a wood fired oven. I highly recommend :) they have a few others too including one in De Pijp and a takeaway (maybe small one table?) around the Anne Frank huis

The last time I visited in 2005, Thai Bird Snackbar on Zeedijk was cooking up some really good food (vegetarian and otherwise) at reasonable prices. It may not be exactly RLD, but it was definitely worth the few extra steps.

KFC had ribs? Must be too young to remember that.

Don't they have all the crabs you can eat in the RLD.

LOL
It was a sad day (for me) when KFC stopped doing ribs back in 1986 or thereabouts. Luckily favourite chicken appears to use almost exactly the same recipe.
How much did you produce?

Ate here September as heard good things. Was fantastic up there with La Perla and cheaper too. Will be returning that's for sure highly recommended. I'd go out on a whim and say it's the best pizza I've had in the dam and by far the best food in the R.L.D.

Thai Bird is big portions. Not quality IMHO.
