Sir Albert Hotel

Any advice on this from forum goers? Trip advisor seems pretty positive. Booked in her for 4 nights from the 24th...couldn't resist the deal I came across. $614 AUD, about 400 Euro, for 4 nights. It said down from $819 AUD (about 600 Euro). Managed to snare it super cheap with my flight from Frankfurt to Amsterdam.

If my understanding of that area of the city serves me well, it's very close to Katsu 8)

Outstanding hotel in a very nice part of the city. Bit pricey but highly recommended. Room service is from a local butcher that delivers freshly made hamburgers, up there with the best I've had in a while. Gorgeous rooms and amazing service. Highly recommended for couples looking to treat themselves.

Even closer to de Graal, like, a few steps away! Cafe Loetje is nearby as well.

CS in the area:

de Graal
Kabouter
Club Media
Katsu (bad reports recently, unfortunately)
Carmona
Yo-Yo

others as well.

There is a tram stop nearby as well.
"Laif" with a long "a".
