Ejaculation helps release endorphins, these help you drift off

Stay strong boss, the grass at the end will be so much stronger

Exercise, new hobby & eat healthier can all help when cutting smoking doen. For the sleeping, I advice trying your wife before bed  all of the above applys for sleep also

I used to smoke pretty much 24/7 for years up until about a year ago, gave up weed and cigs at the same time. I was happy to do it and had plenty things to keep me busy, moving home, new baby on the way. It was a little difficult for the first couple weeks but it soon passes, as already said exercise can help, it did for me.

As for the sleeping that too was a little difficult at first but didn't last long either, I started dreaming quite a lot though and they were very vivid and a little upsetting, nothing too bad just some family and relationship stuff from my past I didn't want to think about, that lasted about a month.

Fast forward a year and i'd never touched a joint or a cig, I got cravings but resisted. Then I couldn't take it any longer and booked a couple days in the dam, met up with gapie and pulled a whitey shortly after smoking a pure joint with him  Now I just smoke a couple joints on a Friday and Saturday night, roll on tomorrow :D

Exercise gets you tired, masterbation or sex clears the mind.

good luck with this man, I usually enjoy some break but last one was too long (50 weeks) and didn't enjoy it so much. I enjoyed my first j after the break though 8) 8)

It's all good TT, as you said, slips may happen... :)
Instead of a complete break for four months, which can be stressful and may cause you to light up, perhaps cut your intake by 90%?
Happy Mental Cleansing...
