They are all ovrr scotland also, especially edinburgh, maybe a purpose in the old days likr a old police patrol box? Eitherway they are just used for advertisment all over.

They are spy towers set up to monitor your behaviour.

The temp ones have sprung up in Edi over the festival period for the past couple of years. Not as big as the Dam ones but still there for the same purpose. Supposed to stop the comedians advertising their shows by plastering the Watty Scott monument from head to toe as well the rest of the old town.
