4g mobile network availability

Is Amsterdam using 4g, or LTE as it is sometimes known.

I think my operator in the UK uses KPN in the Netherlands.

If i can use the 4g network then i am gonna dump a shit load of movies into Dropbox and hammer the arse off of that. If not then it will be sd card and wifi hunting for most of the the trip.

Yes KPN does have 4G along Vodafone and soon T-Mobile. Will your data plan cover you while roaming abroad? You might want to check up on that.

Yes i get data roaming for max £5 a day, if the host city has 4g then that is what the phone will use according to their customer services

Must be on the Three network, I'm planning on having the unlimited data for £5 a day as well.

Some places want to charge you €5 per hour for data or wifi use.
