What neighborhood in the Westerpark area are you staying in? Spaarndammerbuurt/Centrale Markt/Staatsliedenbuurt/Frederik Hendrikbuurt?

Barentsz and 137 are good shops near Westerpark. You also have Hugo de Groot, Funky Munkey, 1e Hulp and De Supermerkt within 15 minutes walking.

I guess I need additional educating.. ... Staying near the Westerpark entrance, very close Van Limburg Stirumplein. Is that considered Staatsliedenbuurt?

Barney's, Greenhouse Lounge, Dampkring 2 and Paradox are only like 1.4 km from Limburg Stirumplein.

wester park is not exactly the west, more north north west

True, should have just said Westerpark..then again it is listed as West on the ACD maps

We are planning on visiting , Heavenly , Chapiteau , Catch 33 , De Republiek , maybe a couple more in the general area in October , so any info once your back would be appreciated

Heavenly is now Ying Yang was my local during cannabis cup
Catch 33 its a lovely little of coffeeshop , nice seats and had some footy on when i was there
