Amsterdam to Wroclaw/Poland

I'm travelling from Australia to Amsterdam (and I'm super excited to be there!) I was wondering if anyone knew what the cheapest/best value way to get to Poland or more specifically Wroclaw would be.

What dates old chap and one way or return? No direct flights but cheapest I can find is £101 return via Luton with an overnight stop in early November.

Overnight train - the Jan Kuyper - has sleepers and seating accomodation - check out seat61.com (A Polish run train - excellent)

All I know is it's pronounced vrots-waf for whatever it's worth... (Wroclaw that is)
