Hi all firstly thanks for the support, I am getting my casts off my legs tomorrow then its lots of physio to get me walking properly agai and to get my legs strong enough for my next trip in jan. cant wait :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Take it easy though and as has been said don't over do it , had surgery myself 4wks ago & am just about fully recovered but did try to do a bit to much before I should have , paid for it with pain and left myself knackered :lol:
Having a trip booked for once your recovered is a great idea :mrgreen: keeps the spirits up :mrgreen:
