The address for De Bakkerswinkel at the Westerpark is actually Polonceaukade 1. But there is one at Warmoestraat 69 not far from the Dam.

Its the Noorderlicht Cafe near the NDSM. I wouldn't call it the best in the country but the location is great.

im a big le grotte fan the breakfasts are the best in town and well priced and they do a few different types of cooked brekkies I had the English being English and the missus had the Aussie breakfast as shes an Aussie lol and also u can smoke as u wait for it to be cooked and have another fat spliff after you have eaten to settle the food down with a coffee to set u up for the day and u have the advantage of walking past dampkring 2 and grabbing a fat gram of the honey dew to start the days smoking off as well

Letting is nice. Technically not in de Jordaan, though. I also like Koffiehuis de Hoek. Villa Zeezicht also does a nice uitsmijter. Little Collins in de Pijp is my favorite.
