thx for the information... i thought it might be an update, but it's from August 13, 2013.
there's another thread in the forum with more recent information...
...from the last i read, i could be out of touch, the Uruguayan Senate has yet to vote on the matter, so i think it's still illegal.
In addition, there are a few restrictions that make this less than stellar, like this - Uruguayan Citizens Only!!!
...and then there's the limit, which I won't even get into.
