I only post because bullying goes on in all types of workplace's. I have a bully at one of the jobs I work at. The guy doesn't bully me because I see right through his B.S. and he doesn't provoke the reactions from me that he does from some of my other co-workers. It's really sad Whatever, I've learned that you have to deal with all types in every work environment and don't let it get to me. My co workers have less tolerance and lashed out him and have since been reprimanded and/or suspended. Kind of like the antagonist in sports who hits first but the ref see's the guy defending himself.

In this case I think Jonathan is done and maybe, but a very big maybe, Incognito might still get an NFL paycheck.

Incognito seems to be a racist and bully....but listening to teamates yesterday, that actually isnt the case.

martin has a mental health issue, and that certainly played a role in his interpretation of incognito's actions, and his subsequent reaction.

Martin is troubled, Incognito was the perfect oil to his water.... Both are at fault, as well as teamates and organization

That said, bullying sucks, at home, at work, at school, and on the web.

What that punk-ass mofo said was despicable, but when you're 300-something lbs and 6 foot-something and respond like he did, you come off as a huge pussy. Not sure what that pussy's future in the NFL will be. He might need to flee to Canada to play ball. That is, if his vagina can take it.

I'm thinking it will all fall on the coaches. According to the players, Incognito is clearly not a racist (at least not towards his teammates). Maybe there is more behind the story about how the coaches persuaded Incognito to toughen Martin up....
