Ok, I'm picturing this guy
Coming aross the bud counter snarling and swinging because he was driven "incurably insane" by the "demon marihuana". Although, to be honest, I think that might be a selling point in the "I'll smoke whatever he had" sense.
However, it would definitly be a buy and fly.

I was led to believe people working in the service industry should be a little differant, like a bar or a cafe I expect the staff to be polite just like I am to them.

The gentleman in question, with the bandana, is actually Spanish. A very fine, kind individual and a decent friend and colleague. He is enthusiastic, loves his job, loves to get you all high! He speaks 6 languages and is an intelligent individual. He can get too over enthusiastic. I accept that. But aggressive the man is not.

I am telling you, he is aggressive...overly aggressive. Seemed like he was on steroids if you ask me. Anyway, i'm sure you never experience this, being the person who pays his wages.
I'm sure he is intelligent, hard working, enthusiastic, etc...but is this any excuse for being pushy, rude and having an aggressive manner? If i am buying something from a respectful establishment, i expect to be treated a certain way...if i am buying drugs in the street from some dodgy guy i expect differently.
To me, if something was putting off a customer, and it clearly was putting off the people infront of me in the queue, i'd take it a little more seriously. Business is business, and there are plenty of other places i can take mine.

Have you considered, perhaps, that your approach to me here is a little 'aggressive'? In your words, 'I am telling you' it is.
I took your complaint seriously enough to answer you, directly, in the very forum where you raised it. How many coffee shops would have bothered to have done that?
However you continue to cast aspersions about the staff and remain seemingly unsatisfied. What am I to do?

Why would i care if it is not to HIS taste? I understand reccomending other strains but surely it's down to what I like?
i only have a 10e note i said waving it infront of him
You'd have to be pretty clever to recommend something someone else likes, so obviously it's his taste .
I'd also say if you wave a 10e note in most peoples faces it wouldn't go down to well .

You basically told me that i am wrong and that your budtender is not aggressive, if i was to complain to someone's face and they replied with that, then i would most likely be quite pissed off.
I had a bad experience in your shop, i could tell the people infront of me in the queue felt the same too...does that not suggest that the way in which your staff treat customers might want to be improved?
Not one of the other coffeeshops i visited in three days angered me apart from yours, you are clearly a decent guy and i appreciate the response but i will not spend any more money in your shop if it is the same budtender serving.
I would have thought that return business is what you are after, not staff putting people off. I'm not asking for anything other than you have a word with your staff because that guy, regardless of you defending him, is bad for your business.

Ahh, what the hey?
We've all had bad times in shops. We're stoned, they're stoned. I can't imagine that everyone would give me a positive review if they wrote up my performance at work on a website like this.
I've always enjoyed Hunters (since 1991). Obviously not every time has been perfect service or product; but my dealer back home doesn't give me that treatment either.
I'm always sorry to see a bad 'Dam experience, but that's always going to happen sometime, espescially when you've been kaning it for days.
Hunters rocks in my world.

my last trip the weed i bought here was perfect. the 100% sativa recommended by hunters was superb, indeed very very strong and a nice exotic hazey taste. bought some buddhas sister too. also very good. the dealer was a kind young guy with some longer hair i think... this time (maybe new instructions) he took my 1g order very seriously, but i took some more anyway... good thing: i told him to just bag up the 1.4g that was on the scale, other shops would only sell full grams!
i really appreciate that hunters is always trying to make it better, thats why hunters is now a stop on every one of my visits to dam. dont let me down guys!
