Last purchase was September 2008 - 'Murder' Hash at e45/g and 'Afghani Kabul Special' for e18. The very beautiful girl behind the counter knew NOTHING about cannabis and the products she was selling. Despite this both hashes were superb. I was warned about the Murder before I went by a mate who had come a cropper. Fucking A.

Yes there dark hashes are good.

I like the menu in Hunters - they have a good selection and from my experience the quality is pretty good. Last trip we had the Sour Diesel which was fairly tasty and not bad for a middle of the menu selection. Their smokers bar (next to what used to be The Coin) is a pretty decent place to have a beer with your smoke.

Hunters has their marijuana/hash menu online still, from december 08.

I guess since the prices are listed on their Vodka bar site it's not "technically" one of their coffeeshop sites.

Hunters saved me!

It was night and we were sitting in 420cafe smoking vaporizers when we realised the clock was almost closing time and we had 15 minutes left. We wanted to buy at greenhouse effect as this was our hotel and we had only 20 euro on us and we had discount on their gear.

Anyway we started walking towards greenhouse effect closeto the rld and when we got there it was closed (OH NO)

the time was 01.00 and everything seemed closed , except hunters who was just about to lock down but when he saw us he opened the door and let us in and buy. I think we got amnesia haze and it was very good and i asked to buy a Smoking papers and he just gaved me one for free. REALLY NICE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER!

next trip I will go back for a real stop and not jsut a quick in and out.

Decent place, never seem to go there until a couple of hours before the flight home so its usually halfers on some Orange because we have no more money (obviosly put some euro aside for the McDonals in Schipol).
One convenient location... in Africa.

Thanks for the positive reviews! It certainly is always our intention to show people a good time.

In case folks didn't know, you can keep up to date with our activities by becoming our 'fan' on facebook.com. Type in hunter's (the apostrophe is important) and you should find us. Here we are regularly uploading pics from the bar and coffee shops. We also recently gave our website a slight facelift. Check it out at www.hunters-coffeeshop.com

I have been here twice, never to return. This happened on my second visit here last week. (mid October 2009). I asked for 2 grams of silver pearl. The budtender threw a bud on the scale and asked me " how about 2.4 grams?" I agreed as I like this smoke, but this should have been a warning sign. He charged me 25 e (its 10 e/gram). He then gave me a as part of my change, a large handful of coins. There was a line forming behind me, so being polite, I moved on. Yes, he shortchanged me. According to some reviews on this site, this bar is tourist friendly. Its not. I sent them an email, no response.
