Here's another good free image hosting site, the one I used originally doesn't allow you to just host a picture without signing up.

I have always used sendspace to upload vids and then use the link they give u to post on the forum i'm using.Once i get back from my forth coming trip i'll be posting some vids so keep a lookout for them and u'll see the results.

www.zshare.net/ for vids mp3s.
Videos will open and play automatically when the user clicks on the link
(example), unlike sendspace which takes a few more steps to open the file and select a program to use
(example). Sendspace maximum file upload size is 300mb vs 500mb with zshare.
www.imageshack.us is good one for pictures that I use often.
