Stay away from wok and run buger bar and all them fast food... Have run around amsterdamese Bose ... Swimming a cannel other option ...eat fruits and lot of veggies !!!

Part of vacation is being on a break.... Fucking eat anything and everything...its only a couple days... Nothing wrong with fat and grease and fried food... Its vacation, LIVE A LITTLE!

If you lost the weight through weight training, youll be fine...but if its all from diet change and no gym, then yes you should be a little mindful, but it is a vacation....i did mention that right lol...enjoy

Well, depends on your age, metabolism and on how many calories you burn daily. In my mid 20's I was basicly eating fast food all day, smoked all day, drank alot and never really gained a pound. Good ol' days... :mrgreen:

smirks hit it -- it's the drinks!

stay with tea, water or sparking water in the coffeeshops
put a real limit on coffees, hot chocolates, sodas and sugary bottled juices

with munchies a lot of times it's about just wanting something in your mouth. Chew some gum.

BUT, in the end, just have a great time and enjoy yourself!
