WTF is security scan? A computer uses millimeter wave tech for security measures? I downloaded the Brochure and all it has is.. place laptop and all electronic devices in the basket, remove jacket, remove belt and place in basket. Is this the security scan? or does some computer scan me with electronic noise?
I know this is different from body scans, but what all have you gone through that just left the Dam after the CC?

Last time I travelled out of dam was october, going to england. as you describe, electrics seperated and in a tray, plus belts and metal stuff, then you walk through an arch which I think is just a metal detecter, but I'm not a security expert so don't take my word for it. I've never had any prblems fling from dam to england or vice versa. one time in england they swabbed my laptop fr drugs, and I thought "oh shit they're gonna take it ff me. the amount of times I've skinned up over it that things full of weed." fortunately this didn't happen, they gave me it back and I continued on my way.

Just did an extensive search and the scan is invasive in a passive way. I am just surprised at people claiming to have accidentally brought back hasj in their pockets. Almost 2014 now and I am suspecting that all gates have this security scan set up. There goes my bringing back any.

The TSA guy said empty your left front pocket after I walked through the millimeter scanner. I had left a single $5 bill folded in quarters in my pocket.

TSA once pulled me aside once then told me to fallow him into a room where 19 other tsa agents rape my bags then they all took turn on me asking one stupid question after an other

On the UK side they are swabbing the laptop for explosives.
