Seems that the ol' update in relation to who's in town needs a gentle prod
not for the first time mind you
or is it to do with the T&T being of a private matter?,one can only wonder.

I can only speak for myself, but if I noticed your thread the first time round, I probably thought 'organised stoner making plans 7 months ahead!' Now that you've bumped it, I think 'organised stoner making plans 4 months ahead!' Respect.
Perhaps people were put off by the elegiac prospect of your last trip to the Dam. Why? Are you off to sunnier climes, or entering a dope-free monastery?
In any case, I'd probably be quite happy to meet up, if the fates allow me to be around at that time. But I don't suppose I'll know until August, really. Hope you enjoy it, and that it isn't your last trip.

I always plan ahead my friend, alas the forum just does not seem to keep up with me,Lemming has needed a prompt or two in the past and I hope he doesn't mind the odd prompt, there are a few peeps out there who lurk on the forum and will never join our band of happy brothers and sisters

You have been posted on the August Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
If you don't see yourself, click your refresh or reload button
Your browser sometimes loads pages from your local cache and
you don't get the latest update.
Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Set yourself up with your own T&T or Toke and Talk, where you pick the coffeeshop
(your favorite) and the date and time, I will post it and you wait for folks to
show up, if they do you'll have a T&T. If they don't you still get to enjoy your
favorite coffeeshop!
By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.
I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.
You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.
Any nice new menu pictures you can get will be much appreciated.
Always ask first, better told no than thrown out.
Enjoy

Getting into making plans mode Harlem is on the cards but then again so is a few other places also I am thinking of getting weighed on the scales in Oudewater
seems though that somewhere central in the Dam is best to meet up and then make other plans PMs if you are still up for it.

Re: 4th Aug---- 10th Aug hunting the pot of gold.
I'll tell ya story. It's an Irish Faery story.I wil change the story to make it easy for people to understand.
During the Irish famine a million people died and more left,a bit of ethnic cleansing. This story has its genesis in those times but probably lies deeper in Irish culture even deeper than the people of Ireland.
Sean and Sinead sat in their hovel without a flame to warm them , a bit of milk in the bottom of a cup to quench their thirst and just a crumb on a plate to stare at to satisify their hunger.Dispair hung over their shoulders when a knock came to the door, "answer it Sean" said Sinead, the door was opened and the guest was welcomed, being hosts they gave their guest everything they had as was the custom. The guest drinking their milk and scoffing their last crumb off the plate turned to them and said thank you for your hospitality and I will grant you this, your cup will always be full of milk and you will always have a full loaf each morning on your plate. The stranger left and Sean and Sinead lived thru the famine.
But the stranger continued on his journey stopping at a home of a rich landlord who refused him entry and kicked him off his land. The landlord did not prosper and the ruins of his homestead can still be seen and still to this day nothing grows on that land.
