Travelling to and from Schipol on Kings Day

Any idea if trains to and from the airport run normally on Kings Day ? (Did they on previous Queens Days) ?

I just checked on ns.nl train site trains seem to be like any other day every 6/7 minutes!

What the schedule at NS says is meaningless. There's a very good chance that trains heading to Amsterdam Centraal will all be canceled sometime after noon. It all depends on what happens with crowds. You can take the 197 bus if trains are canceled.
