According to those stats in the footnotes there are 230,000 tourists a year coming to Amsterdam primarily for Cannabis.
There are 1.130 million a year (approx.) who visit a coffee shop in Amsterdam. That is over a quarter of all tourists to the city in a year.

Sad stuff there are some iconic names and places in there. 3 years is a long time in NL politics, hopefully things will change.
