NS Groepsretour (Group Return) to Amsterdam

Hi guys!
So as weed selling to tourists is ilegal in Maastricht, me and my friends gave up and we are going to the Dam 8) 8)
We saw this NS Groepsretour e-ticket and, as we are a large group of 8, this seems to be a very affordable option. The ticket is 49 euro plus 2.5 euro for each addicional person (up to 10 persons), so 59 euro for all (around 7.9 euro each).
Did anyone used this card? This price is for go (Maastricht -> Amsterdam) and return (Amsterdam -> Maastricht), right?

As far as I know, this ticket is only available for purchase online and online purchases at NS.nl require dutch bank accounts.

Yes, thank you, we have a friend living in Maastricht who will buy it for us. :)
