Do they exist? And if so, how much? I vaguely remember someone saying this was a better option than buying two separate tickets to two different cities in The Netherlands. So is their a ticket I can put in my wallet and then hop on and hop off at whichever city of my choosing in Holland? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, the normal ones are around 50 euros, you can buy them online at ns.nl and probably on train stations as well.
The cheaper ones are 25 euros and only available about 2 times a year from the above mentioned stores.

Last week they were 15 euro at blokker. But the promotion is over.

Thanks all! 50 euro still doesn't sound like a bad deal. Especially if I can hit up 3 cities with that pass.

what i would do is pick the city that farthest away and leave early and work your way back to Amsterdam

Like Matty sez, you can just buy a ticket to your furthest destination and stop at any station in between. No pass necessary.
Round trip A'dam to Maastricht is less than €50. So be careful deciding what's a deal too hastily.

As far as I know, this ticket is only available for purchase online and online purchases at NS.nl require dutch bank accounts.
