The reception staffs are quite friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is quite old. and moist! I'm 162cm and I found that the toilet's ceiling is very low! It would be challenging for taller person to get into the bath tub to shower! No wifi in room and only available in the lounge room. Overall, still acceptable.
